At Alivwood, every piece is made exclusively for you the moment you place your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind reasons.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at cipponef@hotmail.it with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

As required by EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that for made-to-order products, this right may not apply under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
