At Alivwood, nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Every hoodie, tee, polo, and dress is made the moment you place your order — printed, cut, and packed specifically for you. That's not a marketing line. That's how we work.

Here's exactly how it happens.

Step 1 — You Place Your Order

The moment your order is confirmed, it's automatically sent to our production partner, Printful — a global leader in on-demand manufacturing with facilities across Europe, North America, and beyond. No manual steps, no delays. The process starts immediately.

Step 2 — Your Item Is Produced

Printful produces each item using industry-leading print technology:

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) — for soft, detailed prints on cotton and blended fabrics. Ink is applied directly into the fibers for a finish that lasts.
All-Over Print (AOP) — for full-coverage designs like our skater dresses and tank tops. The fabric is printed before cutting and sewing, so the design wraps edge to edge.
Embroidery — for structured pieces like hats, where precision and durability matter most.

Every blank garment is sourced from trusted suppliers — ring-spun cotton, premium fleece, recycled polyester blends — chosen for quality, comfort, and compliance with EU standards.

Step 3 — Quality Check

Before your order ships, Printful's team inspects each item for print quality, color accuracy, and construction. If something doesn't meet the standard, it's reprinted. You only receive what passes.

Step 4 — Shipped to You

Your order ships from the Printful facility closest to your location — reducing transit time and carbon footprint. For most European orders, production and shipping happen within the EU.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Why On-Demand?

Traditional fashion overproduces. Brands manufacture thousands of units, ship them to warehouses, and hope they sell. What doesn't sell gets discounted, donated, or destroyed.

We don't do that.

On-demand production means:

No overstock — we never make more than what's ordered
